Paycheck Investigators will verify the amount of HECS/HELP that is deducted from your wages/salary each pay period. Subscribing to this service ensures a regular review of your Pay Information.
To subscribe to this service, you will need to complete a Pay Checking Agreement. In order for us to verify your HEC/HELP deductions, you will need to provide us with your payslip/notifications and HECS/HELP statements on a regular basis. Paycheck Investigators will verify all the Pay Information you have provided and issue you a Payment Discrepancy Report within 7 days of your Pay Information being received. With this information, you can approach your employer to resolve any discrepancies. If you nominate to receive your Payment Discrepancy Report by e-mail, you will also receive an e-mail with the details of any discrepancy to assist you in communicating with your employer.
An upfront Service Fee of $5 per payslip is charged monthly to your Nominated Account.
